Among thousands of excellent illustrators, comic book and digital artists, it’s hard to make a name for yourself or stand out as a single brand. But once you get to the other side, you instantly associate with what you do, and all you have to do is maintain it. It’s safe to say that this Indonesian artist known as Tactooncat on social media has crossed that difficult threshold and is known for his illustrations everywhere. What he does is really simple and valuable to netizens: he redraws pictures of freshly baked old cats from the internet in his own style. And it provides more value than just entertainment, as some would argue that it helps save the memory of iconic cat images, which are often crusted pixels and in low resolution.

As for Tactooncat, he summarized his passion very nicely: “Basically I just love to draw funny things, especially with cartoon style. For my reference, I always love to see a children’s book, to be honest, cause they are so full of joy and I’m so happy with that. ” And his 159k followers of him on Instagram seem to agree with his creative philosophy
